1. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.

Do you provide tracking information?

  • Yes! Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.


2. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure checkout options configured at our store's checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Please email us as quickly as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has entered the shipping and processing stage, we are unfortunately unable to make changes.


3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How long do refunds take?

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
