1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to offer reliable shipping options to get your items to you quickly. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 15 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. (Optional: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount!)

📌 Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Estimated delivery dates are subject to change due to carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s tracking portal or our store's tracking page. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ZoryPn is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect destination information provided by the buyer.

  • Damaged or Missing Packages: If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately.
